I am Present to Relatability

Words from your lips traveled through my ears
swam through my bloodstream and
vibrated my bones with
a melody that awakened a song within;
a lullaby of relatability.

It is in the knowing I am not alone that the healing poultice of connection is pressed upon my soul.
